Hours of work: 20 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 year’s continuous service)

About the role
Iford and Kingston CE Primary School is a small, friendly school on the outskirts of Lewes and situated in the village of Kingston. We draw our pupils from Kingston and other local villages, Lewes, Newhaven and the fringes of Brighton. We were inspected in February 2019 and found to be a good school.
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work for 5 mornings and one afternoon each week. The successful applicant will work across the school supporting children.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and organised and who can work alongside experienced teachers to support children of all abilities. Much of the work will be supporting teaching and learning in English and maths and confidence and competency in these core subjects is essential.
The successful applicant will also be required to do some lunchtime duties (days TBC).
