We are a thriving Trust on the south coast of England with 11 current schools, 3855 children and 550 staff. We are preparing for 40% further growth between April 2021 and December 2021. These are exciting times. We are looking for a PA to the CEO. This role will start from 1st September 2021.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the CEO to operate as strategically as possible through carrying out effective organisation and administration.
You will need to have:
- Highly effective organisation and administration, delivering these for a senior team
- Managing a varied workload
- Experienced in a range of ICT packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Proven diary management skills
- Able to prioritise effectively and be able to demonstrate the impact of enabling others
