We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the City.

Want to reshape digital services for a leading London Borough? Want to be part of improving the way we do things for our residents? If so you’ll be joining a new team of people who bring together innovative ways to develop strategy, technology and design together to benefit the services we provide. We are investing in a team of people from various specialisms with a passion to develop solutions to local government services.

This is a role and opportunity to join a team that will support you in your ideas and new approaches to ensure services improve and thrive for our community. The type of projects and work is huge, but we are committed to developing our staff, growing your experience in a culture of collaboration and curiosity. We want to create innovative digital solutions by putting our users at the centre of everything we do.

If you have experience leading multi-disciplinary Agile teams, managing diverse projects and at pace; you’re organised; can prioritise and brings solutions to problems, then this may be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone great at building relationships with people inside and outside of the organisation.
