We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager - Resourcing. Our vision for HR in Rutland is to support the Council to deliver excellence in people management – we genuinely want our people to be the best they can be. We are a small HR team at Rutland and deliver a full range of HR services across the organisation of about 500 staff – our HR Manager role takes the lead on key service functions including recruitment and workforce development.

 

About you…

As well as experience in leading HR and recruitment programmes, you should have some solid experience in managing complex and challenging employee relations cases.

Your interpersonal skills are equally important including, coaching, facilitating, pragmatism – supported by well-developed IT skills in order to produce creative and innovative plans, proposals and reports. 

 

About the role…

As the HR Manager we would like you to offer a broad range of HR experience with credibility and confidence to operate across the organisation at a senior level, and deputise for the Head of HR.

 

We anticipate being able to offer the opportunity for the post holder to work from the office and at home.
