We’re currently seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual excited by the challenge of manging a multi-skilled team. Focused on delivering the council’s core support services, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the council, shaping processes, ways of working, and playing a fundamental role in enabling the council deliver its exciting and ambitious corporate plan. You will have the ability to lead and develop a diverse and high performing team, experience of providing excellent customer service to a whole range of stakeholders and will have worked extensively within relevant support functions,. But above all else, if you’ve got a track record of delivering corporate agendas and service performance standards, are an excellent communicator who will excel in a matrix management style environment, and are committed to continuous improvement, then we want to hear from you.
