You will be joining the busy Equality, Participation and Strategic Partnerships Team to provide administrative support so that colleagues are assisted to deliver services to the public, particularly children and young people.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the team, accessing information from electronic databases, arranging meetings and minute taking - so will be required to multitask and work to deadlines.
You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your work effectively, you will have good customer service skills and have excellent Microsoft office and word processing skills including excel spreadsheets.
