The Healthier Communities team is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us and be part of our ambitious plans to transform our critical prevention services. Our team prides itself on high standards with team members who must have a can-do attitude.
You will have experience of working in a policy development role and have an understanding of the Domestic Abuse Bill and the new statutory duties for the Authority. You will be an excellent communicator with good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with the ability to interpret the Bill and subsequent guidance as it becomes available, understand and interrogate complex data and information and produce reports to support the commissioning of appropriate services.
In this post, you will be involved in and support the Senior Commissioning Manager responsible for domestic abuse services. Good communication skills are essential as is the need to be flexible and responsive to our priorities.
