About the role
With guidance and support from the Education Support, Behaviour and Attendance (ESBAS) team, you will work in partnership with school staff, parents, carers and other agencies to provide high quality short-term intervention and support for children and young people identified as having significant behavioural and/or emotional needs. You will work with children and young people on a 1:1 basis, supporting them to manage their behaviour and access their learning. If you are confident, calm, and passionate about vulnerable children and young people achieving their potential, then we would like to hear from you. There is 1 permanent post available. The post will work countywide with a base in either County Hall in Lewes or St Mark's House in Eastbourne.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
