As part of our exciting new HR and OD function, you will play a critical role working alongside the organisation to improve organisational performance. Your focus will be to develop our leadership community and implement effective talent development interventions that maximise the potential of our workforce. You will do this through analysing and diagnosing issues to identify and design bespoke interventions that will lever change and get to the heart of the matter.
Developing high performing services, you will use a rounded approach that blends OD, change, engagement, learning and capability. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across HR&OD to develop cohesive and coherent solutions.
- Educated to degree level in a related subject, or equivalent experience, you will have good working knowledge of Leadership and OD theory and Development approaches
- You will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the leadership and talent development field
- You will be a confident and creative problem solver, with a flair for analysing, unpacking and really getting to the root of Leadership and Management performance issues
- Your design and delivery of engaging workshops, events and development interventions creates a real impact
- Throughout, your approach is consultative, collaborative and credible within the organisation
