Salary NS4: £18,933 rising to £19,312 per annum
37 hours per week

Newark and Sherwood District Council, is passionate about providing high quality, customer focused housing services to local people, putting tenants’ needs at the heart of everything, enabling local tenants, leaseholders and residents to live in a Cleaner, Safer, Greener environment.
We are looking to recruit a Street Warden to provide high quality, customer focussed housing services to residents across Newark and Sherwood.
Working as part of the Tenancy and Estates Team, you will be responsible for communicating between tenants, residents, leaseholders and forging links within local communities. You will assist in effective estate management by supporting the Housing and Estates Team. You will provide a visible presence on council housing estates, highlighting issues of breaches of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and fly tipping.
You will have a professional manner, together with demonstrable experience of working with the public within the social housing sector. You will be self-motivated, have experience of working in demanding situations and be computer literate.
