Part-time 20 hours per week, six month contract
Inclusive Salary Up To £25,117 pro rata per year
Plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and experienced team who is committed to delivering high standards of customer service. In this post you will provide support to the Refuse Collection, Recycling and Street Cleansing Contract management team, and in particular to the new garden waste subscription service. You will be required to provide advice, guidance and information to customers and resolve and monitor responses to contract-related feedback. You will also be responsible for providing varied administrative support the to team on a range of areas such as logging correspondence, raising of invoices, administering of payments and performance reporting.
The successful candidate will be educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will be well organised and have excellent customer service skills along with the ability to communicate difficult messages to members of the public. Experience of running performance reports and analysing results to produce management reports is required. A knowledge of waste and recycling is desirable.
