This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated Chartered Surveyor to lead the Property Management Team within the Council’s Assets Service.
The Property Management Team is responsible for the management of the Council’s operational and non-operational property portfolios and the provision of a wide range of property services.
As the Principal Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of surveyors and support staff and will represent the Assets Service on a wide variety of property related projects to ensure best value in all property dealings.
This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Chartered Surveyor with leadership skills, management experience and a commitment to providing a high quality surveying service.
