Are you ready for more?

We are a thriving Trust on the south coast of England with 11 current schools, 3855 children and 550 staff. We are preparing for 40% further growth between April 2021 and December 2021. These are exciting times. We are looking for a Head of HR to lead our newly insourced Trust HR provision. This role will start from 1st September 2021 (or sooner by negotiation).

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the DCAT Executive Team and with the strategy and delivery of a highly efficient HR function, including accountability for the relevant statutory frameworks.

You will need to:

- Have a proven ability to manage HR service delivery in a busy working environment.

- Have experience of advising managers on a wide range of employment and people management issues.

- Develop, update and implement the full range of HR policies and procedures.

- Hold, or be working towards, MCIPD or equivalent
