Workforce Development Practitioner

This post sits within the HR service as part of the workforce Development team. The team is innovative and solution focused and supports services across the council.
This post develops & delivers workforce development solutions primarily across both Adults and Children's social care but also responds to identified needs across the whole council when required.
You will have experience of either a workforce development role as a trainer or within social care and posess excellent communication and staff engagement skills.
The post attracts Casual car user allowance and flexible hours plus a generous annual leave allowance.
