Working closely with our long-term partnering contractors - Mears - to maximise customer satisfaction and achieve value for money. Working with colleagues and contractors to ensure delivery of a first class responsive repairs service
We are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join the Housing Repairs Contact Centre Team dealing with customer calls and emails within a fast paced environment. Covering responsive repairs, planned works and other housing related services. Delivering a comprehensive, caring, sympathetic and understanding approach especially when dealing with vulnerable customers.
Customer service experience is essential, providing exceptional commitment for the Tenants, Leaseholders and customers of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Working on own initiative, prioritising work, making appointments with customers for property inspections. Ensuring all administrative duties are fulfilled to a high standard.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
