‘It’s a joy to be involved in the school’s improvement programme,’ - (Ofsted, 2018)
We are dedicated to providing an outstanding creative curriculum offer in our richly diverse and vibrant over-subscribed three form entry school. To enable us to take our current specialist teaching timetable to the next level, we are currently seeking teachers with specialist subject expertise, passion and vision.
In particular, we are interested in enhancing our specialist subject/teaching provision in one or more of these areas:
music, computing, design technology, drama, MFL, Forest School and Eco Education and Year 6.
We pride ourselves on our highly supportive, flexible culture: routinely thinking out of the box and going over and above to uphold the wellbeing of every individual in our school community.
Our strong commitment to work life balance has resulted in highly efficient school wide systems that greatly reduce teacher workload.
Our intent, ‘Happy together. Achieving together.’ truly scaffolds everything we do.
For the right candidates, we can also offer:
• An exciting level of subject ownership.
• A possible middle leadership role with a salary incentive.
• An opportunity to plan/teach to your subject specialism school/Key Stage wide.
• A class responsibility role in a preferred year group.
• Tailored CPD to help you achieve your career goals.
We warmly welcome you to approach the school, before application, to find out more and would be happy for you to either arrange a visit/phone call, to suit your availability.
For an application pack, please visit our website: www.alfredsuttonprimary.co.uk or email the school and we will send you a pack. Please send completed applications to: firstname.lastname@example.org
