HR Business Consultant
Full Time Fixed Term – Ends September 30th 2021

Working across the London Borough of Redbridge Council, you will be part of a wider Employee Experience (HR) team and work directly with the HR Business Partner.
We are looking for someone to provide guidance and practical expertise to line managers on a variety of HR issues, whilst delivering at pace. Utilising your skills in coaching, advising and supporting managers at all levels to deliver HR solutions; you will support the
Business Partner and work with colleagues within the Employee Experience team to design and deliver workshops to assist in building line managers’ confidence and capability.
Public sector experience is not essential as we would prefer to hear about your achievements and ideas to help innovate HR processes.
Your starting salary will be dependent upon your qualifications and experience. The role is 1.0 FTE.
