About the Post:
Bereavement Services are looking for 2 Cemetery Operatives to join our grave digging team.
Duties will involve the safe excavation of graves throughout the councils 22 cemeteries using a 3cx compact and mini digger. You will also be required to dig graves by hand.
You will need to be physically fit and be aware of the sensitive nature of the job and be able to work outside in all weathers.
A full driving license is required including being able to tow a trailer on the highway. (B + E)
You will need to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy whilst working to tight deadlines.
