Project Officer (Pre-Paid Cards)
ASC are seeking a Project Officer. The work involved will be challenging, diverse and rewarding. It will include responsibility for the development and implementation of pre-paid cards for our Client Affairs Service.
The role will deliver and implement change in the service, through reviewing the current pathway and supporting development. This will include: stakeholder management; developing and maintaining the Project Plan and other project documents; reporting to the Project Board; taking part in the tendering and specification process and working with ASCH colleagues to ensure any service issues are addressed.
The post will work with existing staff to ensure dependencies are not in conflict and to enable knowledge transfer.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with a focus on delivering projects in a timely manner to budget and who is willing to turn their hand to whatever needs doing to deliver changes. Experience of pre-paid cards will be an advantage as will knowledge of working in an Adult Social Care environment. Your most important attributes will be: your ability to work with key stakeholders to take them through the change journey; to develop a product that is fit for purpose and delivers the benefits identified; and can work within existing infrastructures to ensure any impacts are jointly managed.
