Practice Manager:

Join us and work alongside and lead practitioners who care as much about individual outcomes as you. Focusing on the strengths and resilience of the person ensuring they are in a safe space and with the specialist support in place to ensure their social care needs are met.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs. You will also share and learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession.

There is likely to be the expectation of working from home in the Covid 19 recovery period, which you will be given the opportunity to continue should you wish. You will need to be able to travel across the County to cover the extensive catchment area of the team to fulfil the needs of the role.
