Senior Resource Officer
If you care about making a difference and enjoy working as a leader – we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Senior Resource Officers to join and lead our friendly teams. Would you relish the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the challenging demands of our County and is open to fresh ideas and new ways of working? Join us and work alongside and lead practitioners who care as much about individual outcomes as you do, focusing on the strengths and resilience of the person ensuring they are in a safe space and with the specialist support in place to ensure their social care needs are met.
We offer excellent training and career progression opportunities as well as a variety of staff benefits. You will understand the needs of individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession.
There is likely to be the expectation of working from home in the Covid 19 recovery period, which you will be given the opportunity to continue, should you wish. You will need to be able to travel across the County to cover the extensive catchment area of the team to fulfil the needs of the role.
