We are looking for a Business Services Officer to join the Central Support Team. The role will involve providing support to the Occupational Therapy Services and to Senior Managers within Adult Social Care & Health.
The work is within a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and ability to grasp new concepts are key. We are looking for someone who meets the key abilities set out below:
- Superb organisational skills, with the ability to adapt as new requests are made. You must be able to prioritise tasks from multiple sources and to seek support from others when appropriate.
- Good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner will be essential for this role. You must be able to work as part of an administrative team while also working within a team of colleagues from a variety of levels.
- High level of minuting experience: you will be required to cover meetings at a variety of levels from internal team meetings, to Senior Management Board Meetings with external Partners.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams knowledge will be a must.
The role is office based in County Hall in Lewes; however due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 this role will be required to work remotely initially. Once the initial induction has been completed there will be a need for the role to provide office support from Lewes as part of the Central Support Team rota.
