About the role
The Contract Support Officer supports the day to day administration of contracted services (School Catering), monitoring standards in line with contract arrangements and liaising with service providers and customers. They will also support on aspects of supplier performance and the mobilisation of services, both to existing and new customers.
They will complete audits and KPI checks on contracted services (School Catering), and assist in the review of service inspections and improvement plans. They will maintain effective and efficient systems for up to date site contract compliance, and will assist in the efficient resolution of service issues, maintaining good communications with customers. They will record and produce monitoring reports of all site visits and conduct site audits. They will process, reconcile and pay invoices, and will record and produce monitoring reports of all visits and matters arising.
The post holder is expected to deal with schools and site managers, senior officers and work with the wider Property contracts team. Staff will be expected to operate in a flexible way to meet the needs of our customers and work demands.
This role has a core base location of County Hall, Lewes, however will largely be based out in the field with frequent site visits required. In addition, our organisation supports flexible working and this can include working from home or from other partner offices both within and outside of the County.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
