Talent and Skills Adviser (Ref: MDC8335)
Part Time – 28 hours per week
Tuesday - Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Talent and Skills Team to support the delivery of the newly launched district Skills Plan.
The role will require you to collaborate with partners to develop, retain and attract talent to Mansfield.
Candidates will be expected to have experience of working with a wide range of partners across education and business, have excellent communication skills and be able to develop, implement and evaluate programmes and projects in order to deliver the Skills Plan.
You will also have
- Proven experience of working with young people in respect of work experience placements, Apprenticeship programmes, Graduate placements and knowledge of current government initiatives specific to young people.
- The ability to communicate at all levels, work unsupervised and within a team environment using own initiative to achieve tasks.
- Experience of planning, co-ordinating and delivering large scale events.
- The skill and ability to deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
