37 hours per week permanent contract
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and 9.30am to 6pm shift patterns with some call out required including weekends (additional payment of £227.00 per week whilst on call, which is payable monthly)
Craft Grade from £25,180 up to £26,942 per annum (inc 10% market supplement)

We’re currently recruiting for a full time permanent Electrician to join our Housing Management – Responsive Repairs team. You will undertake skilled maintenance operations and support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to properties and other buildings managed by Newark and Sherwood District Council.
- Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and testing in domestic and commercial property. City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2: Certificate in Electrical Installation or equivalent. City & Guilds 2382: Certificate in the requirement for Electrical Installation BS7671: July 2008. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
