Team Officer, Out Of Court

You will be required to work between 2 teams both based on the same site in Erdington, Birmingham.

You must be committed and creative and have experience of working in a multi-agency setting with young people involved in the Criminal Justice system.

You must have experience of managing a caseload of young people on Statutory Court order, preparing court and panel reports, carrying out assessment and evaluating risk; dealing with Safeguarding issues, working to agreed targets and National Standards for Supervision and working across a variety of agencies.

You’ll have the experience and awareness of the underlying issue that contribute to young people’s offending behaviour, and will want to achieve the best outcomes for them, their family, their victim and the community.
