Commercial Services requires a driven, knowledgeable and focussed Supervisor to lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers to ensure that parking enforcement is undertaken in a robust, equitable and consistent manner across the Island.
You will be managing a team of staff to ensure that a safer roadside environment is created by tackling dangerous and inconsiderate parking, which will help assist traffic flow, improve access to homes and businesses, and keep public transport on the move.
You will be expected to maintain a consistently high level of customer service, both personally and from your team of Civil Enforcement Officers and experience of working in a customer facing environment is essential.
A full driving licence and the ability to work as part of the Parking Operations’ Management team is essential.
The flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some Bank Holidays is important.
It is essential that the successful candidate holds English and Maths GCSE grades C or above, or equivalent. Previous experience of parking enforcement is essential.
