Your role in our journey
In this key role you will provide support and co-ordination for a team of volunteers, with the aim of actively engaging targeted families and groups to support and enable parents and carers to raise their aspirations and achieve their goals.
What you’ll need
Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
Alongside having a minimum of 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English and a Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will have relevant experience of working with children, young people and families in the community.
You will also have the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively to ensure effective performance.
