Dartford is a thriving and growing Borough and our Housing Services team manages more than 4200 homes and in excess of 400 leaseholders and provides high quality services to our tenants, leaseholders and residents.

To maintain the quality of services delivered, the Council is looking for an experienced Housing professional capable of strategically leading the full range of both our HRA Landlord and General Fund housing services and motivating our skilled team to achieve even higher performance levels.

You will be an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised professional with the skills to make a difference and drive continual improvement throughout the housing service.

Educated to degree level and a member of CIOH, you will have detailed knowledge of housing policy, legislation and good practice plus knowledge of integrated housing databases and contract administration.
