We are looking for an enthusiastic team player; willing to learn, and able to remain calm in a busy work environment.
You will have strong IT and MS Office skills, excellent minute taking skills and customer service experience. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, which can sometimes involve sensitive issues. Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to use your own initiative is essential. This is a varied and demanding role which offers excellent opportunities to expand your existing knowledge and skills by working with an experienced administration team and taking advantage of the training opportunities available within the Council and Adult Social Care.
You will be supporting the Hastings and Rother Neighbourhood Support Team and Occupational Therapy Service which are usually based at Ocean House.
