We are looking to recruit two experienced practitioners who are passionate about working with young people, aged 10 to 17 who have become involved with the criminal justice system, through statutory court orders or via the administration of out of court disposals.
You will need a relevant qualification and / or substantial recent experience within Youth Justice, excellent assessment skills, a solid track record of direct work with young people in a youth justice/social care setting and demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.
You will need to be able to work restoratively and deliver high quality statutory services with creativity and innovation as part of a whole team approach to reduce reoffending whilst meeting the needs of victims of youth crime.
You will also need to demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of legislation, National Standards and guidance relevant to youth justice and the needs of victims.
