The role is within the HR Business Advisory, Employee Wellbeing & Reward team and is being offered on a fixed term basis until December 2021.
As a HR Advisor you will provide a variety of advice and support to both internal and external customers on a range of relevant council policies.
This is a career grade post, for which we are looking for someone with the requirements at Level 3, meaning you will already be suitably qualified with a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management. You will have experience of working in HR, considerable knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures, and so up to date knowledge of employment law is a must to enable the provision of first line advice and guidance to our workforce. You will have high professional standards and be able to manage challenging workloads coupled with excellent communication skills.
