We are seeking a Direct Payment Support Service Account Officer to provide the effective delivery of a Direct Payment Account Management Service for individuals in receipt of a Direct Payment. This is an exciting new role with an opportunity for the applicant to develop and redesign processes and procedures.
We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual possessing excellent administrative skills and experience working in a busy office environment. The post holder must have the ability to work to strict deadlines by ensuring timely payments are made for services provided to individuals in receipt of a Direct Payment and be responsible for effectively answering queries and issues raised by individuals, their representatives and external service providers.
You must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritise a busy workload under pressure and be able to use a variety of different operating systems such as Microsoft Office and Paris.
