With experience of managing front line/logistically-based services, you will support the development and mobilisation of the new core service operating model working in partnership with a range of key stakeholders to modernise service delivery ensuring the right service is delivered at the right time and place with a strong focus on improved outcomes for customers, residents and communities.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have experience of effectively managing the performance of operational teams. You will have knowledge of health and safety procedures, relevant legislation and have experience of documenting and implementing operational working practices. Strong leadership and management skills will be essential together with the ability to skilfully and assertively challenge current practice to ensure a culture of excellence and continuous improvement is embedded in the new operating model.
If you feel you have the necessary skills and abilities to help us to successfully mobilise a modern and efficient core service, we would very much welcome your application.
