You will have a varied and manageable caseload that provides you with the opportunity to work proactively using the Signs of Safety practice model.
Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will benefit from regular individual and group supervision. You will also be supported to develop your skills and expertise at every stage of your career.
A relevant social work qualification together with Social Work England registration is essential. You should also have experience of working with vulnerable children in a statutory setting, and be able to demonstrate strong assessment and analytical skills.
In return for your commitment, we are proud to offer an excellent benefits package including a market premia payment of £2,500 per annum (paid in 12 equal payments) and a retention payment of £3,000 per annum (paid after 1 years’ continuous service with Medway).
