Health Visitor

Permanent Health Visitor position based in Grimsby and Cleethorpes

We are looking for fully qualified Health Visitors who are dynamic, motivated, flexible and enthusiastic; to join our well established Health Visiting Service in North East Lincolnshire Council. You will work from a variety of settings including Family hubs, partner agencies and homes working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the 0-5 population.

Applicants should have good organisational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, utilising electronic systems. Excellent knowledge of the current health agenda relating to Children’s Services and Health Visiting is a necessity and the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.

You will be expected to demonstrate clinical expertise and governance in all aspects of safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.
