Adult provider Service provide safe support to people with complex needs to enable them reach their full potential in all areas of their life.  

The successful applicant will support the delivery of agreed plans of care ensuring that people are supported safety and individual needs are met, the standard of care must meet CQC fundamental Standards.

You must have previous Experience of supporting of people with a learning disability and complex needs (Night Support) within a supporting
living or Residential Setting.

You must also hold NVQ/DIPLOMA level 2 – Adult social Care or willing to complete the qualification within 12 months.
