We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person for our busy waste and recycling department to cover a period of maternity leave.
We are looking for someone who is flexible in order to work across different departments mainly supporting the commercial waste department invoicing and accounts function. You will be answering the phone, responding to customer queries by phone/email and carrying out a range of administrative duties. We’re looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative and able to problem solve in a challenging fast paced environment.
Customer service experience is essential in order to deal with corporate clients through to sole traders.
In addition, the successful candidate must possess good communications and interpersonal skills as well a successful background in Customer Service and some experience with invoicing would be beneficial. A flexible can-do attitude assisting where required.
