Facilities Officer – Ref: MDC8322
£22,183 - £27,041 per annum
You will be required to undertake surveys of interior/exterior fabric and facilities of domestic and commercial buildings to assess and record their condition and any defects and to update the corporate database. Duties will also include investigation, innovation, design, documentation and installation/construction of Building, Mechanical/ Electrical insulations and Facilities projects and works.
A full technical certificate, BTEC HNC or above in a Building related discipline with some experience and a trade background or equivalent Or Level 3 Building related discipline with significant experience and a trade background or equivalent together with a detailed knowledge of building, mechanical and electrical components / Construction / maintenance is essential.
