Communications and Content Manager
The Communications and Content Manager is a new role for Epsom & Ewell Borough Council.
We launched our Four Year Plan in early 2020 and since then, we have been working to protect our staff and communities from coronavirus. Despite the pressure, we have continued to move key communications projects forward. In the past few months, we have:

Launched new internal communications initiatives

Agreed our communications strategy and action plan
-
Delivered research projects to inform our future communications.
We have a clear vision for Epsom and Ewell as a creative, vibrant community. We now need your help to bring that vision to life.
You’ll be leading a small team delivering high quality internal and external communications in line with our strategy. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Work with colleagues and the media to ensure that the council's work is well promoted throughout the community and beyond

Use insight to refine strategic and tactical communications
-
Develop strong relationships across the organisation
-
Represent the council with our community partners across Surrey.
We are looking for someone with exceptional experience in complex organisations who can help us to deliver significant ambitions for our borough.
