Teaching Assistant Level 2

This is an exciting post for an enthusiastic, caring and committed individual who would like to join our SEN staff team supporting individuals and groups of children with additional needs.

The successful person can look forward to working in a rewarding and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to become competent and independent learners and their individuality, efforts and achievements are recognised. The successful candidate will

• Ideally have some experience of working with children with special education needs. This is not essential however they will be passionate about supporting children with SEN and enthusiastic about undertaking the relevant training.
• Have strong communication skills and recognise the importance of the TA role in helping to overcome barriers to learning.
• Be flexible and prepared to take a full and active part in all aspects of school life and support the ethos of the school.
• Be a team player and be eager to build relationships with the children, parents and staff.
