Opened in 2014, Holyport College is a Co-Educational state funded day/boarding school thathas quickly established itself as an ambitious and dynamic place to work. Popular with parents, we are one of the most over-subscribed schools in our area.
Inspected in May 2017, this is what Ofsted had to say about our ‘outstanding’ school:
“The school is a harmonious community where all groups coexist and cooperate together particularly well”
“Pupils are thoughtful, respectful and friendly”
"Behaviour is impeccable”
Holyport College seeks an ambitious and effective graduate teacher to teach Mathematics. Successful applicants will deliver outstanding teaching and learning of Mathematics ensuring students reach the highest levels of achievement possible. Willingness to teach KS3 Computing, whilst not essential, would be an advantage. We welcome applications from NQT’s.
The department currently consists of five teachers. Owing to the popularity of Maths and Further Maths in the Sixth Form, we now require an additional teacher. The department is proud to host Royal Institution Mathematics Masterclasses each year for high achieving mathematicians from local state and independent schools.
