Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
This will include some shift work, working early shifts 07:30 - 15:15, late shifts 14:45 - 22:00 and one weekend every three weeks.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Countywide Supported Living Service.
East Sussex Community Support & Supported Living Services provide care and support to adults with a learning disability. As a team we strive to go the extra mile and really make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
The service is continually developing and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to work with us, supporting our team of dedicated staff, implementing service initiatives and to contribute to the overall delivery of high quality services.
You will need to demonstrate;
- Excellent communication skills, including the use of ICT and information systems.
- The ability to problem solve, work independently and as part of a team.
- An understanding of good practice and being an excellent role model.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team.
- The ability to manage your workload independently, plan, meet deadlines, and innovate.
- Your flexibility to carry out shift work and work one weekend in 3 will be required.
