Social Worker

A full-time, Social Worker permanent position has become available to join the Lewes & North Wealden Neighbourhood Support Team.

The post offers the opportunity to work in partnership with adults, their families and carers, undertaking Care Act (2014) compliant assessments, to enable them to identify the support and outcomes which they would like to achieve.

You will need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, undertaking mental capacity assessments, to have knowledge of Safeguarding Adults practice and be willing to develop in these areas.

A commitment to your own professional development is also required and in return good support and encouragement is always available.
