We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Commercial Manager and the wider team to develop sound financial and non-financial monitoring processes for all responsive repairs, planned maintenance and M & E contracts.
It goes without saying that you must have experience of handling financial information and budgets. With a keen eye for detail, you must be able to analyse and scrutinize quotes to ensure value for money remembering at all times you are dealing with commercial sensitive information.
You will be responsible for providing high quality support the Property Services team which will include answering relevant enquiries about the status of repair works. As well as providing skilled and knowledgeable support, you will also support managers at meetings with contractors and consultants.
