Learning and Development Advisor
12 months fixed term contract
£34,869 - £37,819 per annum inclusive of outer fringe allowance
37 hours per week
This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a vital role in developing the current and future talent of the Council. You will develop, design, source and deliver learning and development activities, creating a positive learning culture for all staff.
You will be responsible for the L&D budget across the authority and will regularly report on the effectiveness of all L&D activities.
You will need to demonstrate:
- Best practice in blended learning solutions and be able to deliver the content in the best format
- Proven track record of designing course content to meet specific objectives
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Collaborative approach
- Enthusiasm, drive and integrity
You should enjoy working as part of a team and the ability to respond positively to change.
