We require responsible individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. General duties include the day to day supervision of leisure facilities at St Peters and Padiham Leisure Centre. You will be responsible for the opening and closing of facilities and the supervising of recreation, reception and coaching staff whilst on duty.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all pools are lifeguarded appropriately, the building is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, all bookings/activities are set up on time, basic pool plant checks and tests are carried out along with delivering excellent customer service at all times.
