28 hour per week working 4 on 4 off : 6am- 2pm shifts (weekend working enhancements payable)

Your role in our journey
As an Assistive Living Technologies Monitoring Wellbeing Assistant: you’ll be an important part of the team providing 24/7 nationally accredited Monitoring Centre and Installation Team. You will provide round the clock support to vulnerable adults ensuring they get the help they need as soon as possible for example, after a fall. You will coordinate the activities of responders and stakeholders with a common goal to promote the independence of vulnerable adults
What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification or experience in a customer focused environment and experience of working with information based systems. Crucially you will have excellent communication skills.
