About the role
An opportunity has arisen for additional Business Support Officer to join our successful Schools ICT Team.
The Business Support Officer will be a member of a support team consisting of 5 team members within an overall Schools ICT service of around 55 team members. We deliver traded high volume, high quality IT services with a ‘personal touch’ to schools and other education and public sector customers, within the IT & Digital Customer & Partnerships group.
As a Business Support Officer, you will be required to work individually and as part of a small team, providing administrative and project support for internal managers and teams and will have regular engagement with customers and external suppliers to deliver ICT services.
If have good communication skills, strong MS Office skills, financial awareness, experience in supporting projects and a passion to deliver excellent customer service, then we look forward to hearing from you.
The role is based in St Mary’s House Eastbourne, however due to the COVID situation we are currently working from home.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
