Environmental Health Officer/ Senior Environmental Health Officer

We are looking for an innovative EHO/SEHO to join a team of highly motivated and competent officers. You will be actively encouraged to develop existing practices and take forward new ways of working and will be given opportunities to further your knowledge, skills and experience.

We need a hardworking and committed EHO/SEHO to take up the challenges in our Team, undertaking a wide range of food hygiene/health & safety inspections and visits, licensable activities, infectious diseases investigations and responding to complaints, service requests and enquiries within target deadlines.

For the SEHO role, it is essential that you have had recent experience/knowledge in particular in either Food Safety or Health & Safety legislation and good practice as you will be responsible for driving forward projects.  You will be expected to work as an effective team member in delivering value for money and delivering on-going performance improvement.
